  I went to see sally as i needed to sit in the dentist chair for a hour to have a crown done i hate the dentist and get bad panic attacks after two sessions i was able to sit calmly in the dentist chair. The dentist kept asking if i was ok as he is so used to me asking him to stop during any treatment. It didnt stop there, I was able to travel on a train for a work meeting which was unheard of in the past. Eat with strangers at the meeting and go for up seconds at the buffet . My panic attacks were really bad if I had to go any where , eat out etc, my life was hell all i could manger was go to work come home and if lucky meet my mates once a week. With each day I feel so much better and if I feel tense I have the tools that Sally gave me to ease them away. IT works, Sally I cant thank you enough. As one of my mates said everyone needs a Sally
