Shambhala Studios offers Yoga for Everyone - young or old, beginner or advanced student - with a variety of different yoga styles.

You don't need to be bendy or flexible to enjoy our classes - our fully qualified teachers will find a variation of each posture to suit every student, providing a gentle learning experience in a relaxed and non-judgemental atmosphere.

In addition to the regular timetable for all levels in a number of styles, there are classes for children, pregnancy, mum and baby, the more mature student and absolute beginners.

We also offer some sessions specifically aimed at the more advanced student.

Your journey to wellbeing starts in our beautiful, light studio and our aim is to help you find an inner peace that will complement the physical and mental improvement, which occurs naturally as you follow your yogic path.

Our clients can also choose from a selection of holistic treatments available by appointment in the therapy room

I have never been terribly flexible and I was worried that I would feel out of place amongst those who had been doing yoga for years but I need not have worried. Every instructor has a huge range of adaptations to the original posture so that even the stiffest and most unbendy person like me can achieve some noticeable improvement after just one or two sessions.
