About Knobbs Hardware

Established in 1995 Knobbs Hardware are a family firm who operate a cottage industry from our purpose built workshop in Pembrokeshire. We specialise in quality wooden doorknobs and pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service.

We make a standard range comprising of four popular styles of doorknob which are made of beech, a plentiful, hard and tight grained hardwood that turns well and gives a good finish. We then use woodstain and floor grade lacquer to create a beautiful hardwearing finish in the following shades - ebony, dark oak, walnut, medium oak, mahogany, light oak and natural.

We also make 50-60mm diameter kitchen and cabinet knobs in the same colours as the standard range doorknobs as well as escutcheons (keyhole covers).

Our button range comprisses of 14 contemporary styles of doorknob in polished rosewood. We can also turn bespoke doorknobs in the style and finish of your choice. Please send a picture or photograph and we can quote for making up sets of these for your home.
