About Base Web Design

My name's Stuart Boardman, I'm a freelance website designer and developer, trading as Base Web Design, and I'm based in South Yorkshire. I design and develop engaging and distinctive websites, that deliver information to visitors in an accessible and enjoyable manner. The websites I design are 100% bespoke, and I don't use templates or other people's designs. I aim to deliver visually impressive websites, whilst adhering to the golden rule of form follows function.

I design websites to SME's in the South Yorkshire area, and every website I build is optimised for accessibility, search engine placement and also for performance, these are not optional extras. I build websites which utilise W3C compliant XHTML and CSS coding to ensure website usability.
