NLC was started in 1989 by Neal Levy to provide a installation service for industrial ductwork and dust extraction contractors. Soon after this Lee Levy started working for NLC. This added a design capability to NL contracts Limited. Following the closure of T. Steventons Limited of Hill Top in West Bromwich NLC took on the design engineers and carried on to service all the existing customers. Over the last twenty years NLC have worked through out the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Europe. With The arrival of Phil Watson from Nue Engineering Limited in 2004 NL Contracts limited added a valued expert in Dust extraction and material waste extraction.
