• I agree with the above. They just want to take your money and give very little in return apart from the "run around". Please vist Problem Solved where you will find other disatisfied customers. They have even listed so called "Testimonials" of satisfied customers. One (called Mrs Reed) states how happy she is with the service, she also states that she received a bunch of flowers!!! Whats that all about?? Do they do that for every customers?? I think not! Its iether a LIE or an endevour to rectify any problem ( what company have you ever heard of sends flowers to a customer! They would only write a letter of apology). More like its one of the company directors wives trying in on!! Stay well clear and spread the word to all in the Clydebank area...

• All they are after is your money, even for FREE installations. They are rude on the phone and don't care about anything but gettin YOUR money which they do not deserve! STAY WELL CLEAR!!
