• Travelled 70 miles for some work. Arrived at 4pm was turned down as it was too late in the day. OK, I turned up unannounced so could not expect immediate service. I tried to book an appointment as I live so far away. I was told "NO!" What if I leave a deposit? "NO!". What we sort out a design and pay in advance? "NO!". I have come a long way, I am a genuine customer I cant risk travelling another 140 mile round trip to be told no. "NO!". I am amazed that they have any customers at all. Totally and utterly unhelpful company with no idea how to run a business.
