• Having contacted the company via email I was provided with all the information needed and questions answered. Same day or next day appointment offered. Very pleasant gentleman, turned up at the property on tine and explained the procedure, whilst carrying out the testing and informed me of the outcome. The certificate was emailed to me that evening, along with their invoice, which was considerably cheaper than I had been quoted by going through an estate agent. I would highly recommend this company.

• Having contacted at 9am had appointment same day at 3pm,everything explained and Energy Rating in place quickly,contact within 48 hrs to say property unregistered so Epitome was reqd from Solicitors ,once the Solicitors supplied this Basic Hip followed almost immediately ,Full hip followed a few days later ,5 Star service ,would reccomend without hesitation.
