We bought a product from them and it was faulty
and not practical for everyday living. We were told
that we can change them if there was a problem.
Rang them everyday, read all their policies and
found that we were in our right to change them.
We just wanted to change the products and buy,
possibly, more expensive ones. The Customer
Service was terrible and the whole situation went
out of hand. After a good couple of weeks (5 -7),
they gave us a refund which was well under what
we paid for the products and they didn't even take
it all ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST WE HAVE
EVER ENCOUNTERED.
