Danny the owner trained as a Japanese chef in Japan, which takes ten years to qualify. For more than twenty years, he has worked in restaurant in Japan and the UK, including the leading five-star InterContinental Hotel in London.

Tokyo Jo is a lifestyle brand without the attitude or snobbishness. There are no rules to eating in the restaurant and no Japanese etiquette to follow; feel free to use your hands for the sushi after all it is finger food and don`t worry we have knives and forks on offer too.
