About My Office Recruitment

As a small company based in Liverpool City Centre, my Office Recruitment is run by a small, close knit team. Founded by directors Ella Whiteley and Alex Pinker who have previously spent a combined total of nearly 20 years in the sales industry, it was concluded that their joint experience of sales, recruitment, management and running a business was an exceptional skill when recruiting for new staff throughout their organisation and they decided to offer their skills to others, hence My Office Recruitment was born.

Their in depth knowledge of knowing what a company wants from their employees enables them not only to recognise essential skills and ability but also, and arguably more importantly, to reign in on a candidates attitude, work ethic and own perception of their work and career. This is what completes the package and differentiates My Office Recruitment from any other recruitment agency. All interviews with candidates are held one on one with one of the directors who will be able to filter through the numbers and present you with an individual who will not on fill your vacancy be an ongoing attribute to your business.
