This would also include highlighting any risk areas in the works. Services include traditional plan and specification, traditional bills of quantities or design and build projects without quantities.

Bills of Quantities - Full detailed take offs of quantities for all aspects of building from substructure works to superstructure work.

Cost Plans – Budget cost plans ideal for assessing if a project is achievable to its financial budget, ideal for Architects or Property Developers. Project priced using experience of current market costs and previous rates from other similar projects.

Schedule of Works – Full schedules of works ideal for Architects or Property Developers when putting a project out to builders for tendering.

Specifications – Development of specifications for building elements/materials.

Experience

Over 10 years experience as a building estimator with major contractors pricing projects from £10k to £70m.
