• I was in your shop last week and ordered 200 black and white copies of a 5 page document which i asked to be kept in order, I then came back later that day and the job had not even been done, I then called back the next day and the job had been done to a poor quality, the pages weren't in the correct order instead each page was in a set of 200, costing me 30 minutes of much needed time, then on enquiring into the reasons for poor work I was shrugged at told That it wasn't there problem I now refuse to come into your shop again, I am disguised by the way I was treated by the members of staff and by the incompetence of those who served me
