• I have had two registered parcels sent from Australia in the last 12 months neither of which has been delivered. Whenever I try to ring the Delivery Office I always get an answerphone which asks to leave a message but my calls are never returned The opening hours of the office are far too few.

• A huge amount of mail which should be delivered to properties in Pooles Wharf Court, Hotwells, Bristol BS8 is being incorrectly delivered to properties in Rownham Mead, which is the adjacent housing development. A resident from Rownham Mead morning came over with a handful of envelopes for Pooles Wharf Court addresses, to make us aware, and said it is constantly happening. Surely it is the duty of the Post-person to check that they are putting the correct mail through the correct letter-boxes.
