• We agreed that they would pick up a faulty scooter, fix it, service and MOT it. Directions were given on how to find my place. They never turned up. They phoned several hours later when back at the shop, saying they couldn't find the place, and they didn't want my my business as they couldn't be bothered to come out again. With an attitude like that, go elsewhere!
