Avenue Financial Services are a family run business of mortgage and insurance brokers based in the North-East of England. We are based in Whitley Bay but can provide face to face appointments in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and telephone appointments nationwide. We offer a Fee Free whole of market service.  We have over 50 lenders on our panel ranging from high street names to more specialised companies.  We help first time buyers, buy to let investors, re-mortgagees and people looking to consolidate debt. The Company was set up by Andrew Simpson in 2006 to provide trustworthy advise with no upfront cost. Andrew has been a mortgage broker since 2001 when he worked for a local Building Society based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. He then gained further experience working for a Whitely Bay estate agent before setting up Avenue Financial Services in 2006. Avenue has now become one of the most recognisable companies among Newcastle buy to let landlords and the broker of choice for the local residence. Avenue have access to many deals not available on the high street via relationships that have been built up over the past few years and can source deals where some brokers will fail.
