About Antenatal Workshops
Hi we are 2 midwives who have set up really informative antenatal weekend workshops for you and you partner.
These classes are held in Sidcup. the next weekend available is the 9th and 10th of April 2011.
These classes are held on the Sat and Sun afternoon between 1-4pm and there is a Wednesday Mums only session Weds the 13th April.
We cover all aspects of Labour, Childbirth and caring for you new born baby.
We also work within the NHS so we provide up to date relevant information.
Research suggests that Antenatal Classes can reduce fear and be effective in creating positive outcomes and we are passionate about enhancing you experience of childbirth.
