About Quest Dojo
Students at Quest Dojo learn the art of To-Shin Do.
To-Shin Do is a reality based self-defence system developed from the Ninja arts of Japan. Students will learn practical answers to problems which may manifest in physical, emotional or psychological attacks.
Quest Dojo also offers extra development opportunities by teaching modern and classical weapons, and meditation.
You will make new and meaningful friends while developing at your own pace in a supportive, friendly and non-comppetitive enviroment.
