Founded in 1984 Sheffield Lishi Arts is a complete system of exercises which increase your energy to amazing effect. The teachers are highly experienced and focus on helping each individual student to realise their full potential. Lishi is fabulous fun. Come and give it go!

Sheffield Lishi Arts belong to a big family with teachers across the UK, Europe and USA. Students perform regularly at the Royal Albert Hall and from 2012 students may study for a foundation degree in Lishi Arts.

and many others including self defence, kung fu, yoga, meditation, massage, dietary therapy and qigong.
