About Jlm Consulting

We are a young company based in Scotland, with a broad range of national and international experience. JLM Consulting's Director is Jenny Milne who has a wealth of experience working in a small family business in the technology sector. Prior to this, Jenny has undertaken research work for Oxfam and worked at the two universities in Aberdeen teaching the European Union, Politics and Social Policy. Jenny has an MLitt in Applied European Studies, and thus a strong knowledge of the EU and funding opportunities, available to both Local Authorities and Companies, on a variety of issues such as Research and Development and business improvements such as various Quality Standards.

JLM Consulting are known for their ability to assist businesses with improving their productivity and sales. One of Jenny's key skills is the ability to promote service or brand/products with very little outlay and this is evident in multiple projects undertaken at voluntary and corporate level. Market Research is vital to understanding and succeeding in business and JLM Consultancy can provide such a service. The opportunity to develop a business further is through the winning of new business, which can also be achieved through procurement, which may involve Pre Qualification Questionnaires and Tenders. Jenny has extensive working knowledge of the rules, regulations and skills required to submit and win work, whether as a sole company or a consortium, from small contracts to ones in excess of £30m.
