For small businesses and sole traders who have an unpaid invoice, we will write a Letter Before Action and submit a claim through the County Court. Within a few days the debtor will receive a 'Notice of Issue of Proceedings'. Invariably they will then pay your invoice immediately. We are not a factoring service or Debt Recovery agency. The money is paid directly to the client by the debtor. All this for a fraction of the cost of a solicitor.
