Our core processes include Laser cutting & Waterjet cutting up to 20m long, Robotic & Manual CNC Forming up to 7.2m long, Profiling, CNC Machining, Manual & Robotic Welding, Faro Arm inspection, Assembly & Surface Treatment. MTL is a key supplier to a number of sectors including: Defence, Offshore, Nuclear, Rail, Construction, Recycling and General Engineering. Our wide range of facilities ensures that we are also competitive in the SME sector, where we handle general engineering projects.   MTL Group can supply laser cut steel and aluminium and waterjet profiles up to 200mm thickness on our 20m long beds. We can supply fabrications ranging from simple brackets to large complex structures, as well as bend and machine ultra high hard steel and alloys on our range of modern CNC machining centres.
