About Hilltop Honey

Let me tell you about Hilltop Honey, a brand-new brand!

Although Hilltop Honey is a new venture for me, my involvement with honey has been a lifelong affair – it’s coursing through my veins – I’ve wanted to keep bees since I was a boy. I’ve always loved the taste of honey, the fascination of the hives, the unbelievable process.

It now seems natural for me to want to share this passion and share my honey (because it’s good, very good), and have decided to make it my living, as well as my life. It’s what I’ve always wanted to do.

So, from the top of our hill here in Newtown, Mid Wales, on the banks of the River Severn, it’s a big hello from me and the bees. We can’t wait for you to try our honey. We’re sure you’ll love it too, and hope you’ll support us in this really exciting time for us.
