• I recently had fish, chips & mushy peas from this chip shop for the first time in several years. Both the fish & chips were tough, as if they were made from cardboard. Niether had much taste to them. The peas were a worryingly dark colour and tasted more like play dough (yes, the stuff you played with as a child)! The poor quality food was coupled with very poor service. The woman who served me was rude and looked very depressed. She actually me the impression that she was upset that I was disturbing her from a lazy evening of doing as little as she could. This establishment has vastly declined from the excellent service and food it used to offer and I very much doubt I would go there again.
