Located in High Street Hirwaun, next to the Post Office the Chippy is an award winning Traditional Fish and Chip Shop (Good Food Awards winner 2007) and was placed in the TOP THREE fish and Chip Shop Awards of 2012 National competition run by www.seafish.org
The shop is owned and run by Lee Penaluna,
The menu includes up 8 varieties of fish (subject to availabity on the day) and cooked to order so they are fresh just for you, including Mackeral.
Fish used is from sustainable sources.
The Chippy are proud members of the National Federation of Fish Friers and have been since before opening in 2006.
