About Twinkle Time Face Painting

Twinkle Time is a fun, funky face painting service based
in South Wales.

Emma has over 15 years experience as a face painter
and just loves to see how people transform with face
paints!

From classic to bespoke designs, UV paints, glitter and
black temporary tattoos we can create whatever is
requested.

Private parties, corporate events, festivals, store
openings, weddings and more........ If you want to make
your event extra special and add the WOW factor then
we can help!

Emma is a member of FACE, is fully insured and CRB
checked. We only use products that conform to FDA
standards are safe for use on skin.
(please note glitter tattoos cannot be done on the
face).
