TitanEXCEL is the largest rotational moulder in Europe, providing efficient solutions to a wide range of industries. We design and manufacture rotationally moulded parts at our 5 manufacturing plants in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The rotational moulding process, also known as rotomoulding is used to create many kinds of hollow items, mainly from plastic. While rotational moulding processes were once limited to the production of plastic toys and hollow chocolate eggs, the industry has now developed to produce plastic tanks and storage devices that are unrivalled in their strength, uniformity and flexibility.
At TitanEXCEL we manufacture custom moulded parts which include plastic tanks, items of furniture, traffic control barriers and animal feeding equipment.
During the rotational moulding process, we rotate a hollow mould through heating and cooling stages, allowing the material to coat the walls of the mould. This provides a consistency in thickness and density which increases strength in potentially vulnerable points and assures high product performance.
