We are portable appliance testers for the Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire areas.
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require all UK businesses to make sure that their electrical equipment is not dangerous. We will test your appliances to make sure that they are safe. We do this by inspecting the appliance for damage, checking the plug and its connections and, if it passes the inspection, electrically testing to make sure that the earth connection (if fitted) is correct and that the insulation is working properly. We also test that the equipment is taking the correct current.
You get pass labels, a test report and a test certificate.
