Bullet Proofreading is based within a stone's throw from the Belfry Golf Course on the edge of Tamworth. Due to Bullet Proofreading's business originating predominantly via either email, fax or Royal Mail (with email and fax being what clients prefer), there are no limitations with regards to location. In saying that, it easier for clients to be based within the Tamworth - Sutton Cold field - Lichfield triangle. Bullet Proofreading offers a wide array of services within its sector; including the editing, copy-editing, proofreading and re-writing of academic and commercial text, whether that is hard-copy or online. Essentially, Bullet Proofreading offers its clients the option of polishing what they themselves have written or to write the text themselves with guidance from clients' briefs. Bullet Proofreading's potential clients are nationwide due to the unrestrictive nature of the business. In saying that, there are 5 clients in Sutton Coldfield, and all of these required website rstructuring and proofreading. A commercial website is, for many people, an introduction to a company whose services they are considering using. Because the website is a service in itself, one could say that the person looking at the site has already begun using the company's services. This is why it si so important to make that first impression count. After all, this first impression is a virtual handshake and, as such, should be the best it can be. Bullet Proofreading offers an invaluable service to these types of companies, where every minute detail of their existing website is scrutinised over, with our company noting down any typos, grammar faux pas and inconsistencies - however small. P J Fealey BSc. Hons. Env. Sci. graduated from University in 1999 and began a PGCE, where he taught up to and including A level. In 2000 he taught English as a Foreign Language, both in England and in Sweden, where he worked for the prestigous EF Language Travel. When starting his own company in 2004 he had many years of personal proofreading and editing skills under his belt, from his own university studies (including his own dissertation) pre-GCSE, GCSE and A level classwork and coursework in the 2 secondary schools he taught in, and classwork and homework assignments from European students whilst teaching TEFL. Teaching spoken and written English language skills to students whose mother tongue is not English really honed his awareness of the fundamentals of the English language, whicn thus added to his proofreading and editing skills.
