• I used to work for The Money Club - oh dear. You may be offered a trial for only £1 or even a free trial but be aware that the £89 will be taken from your account asap - and well before the trial period is over. You have to write to cancel - but they don't seem to receive the letter! The callers are working under extreme pressure to sell in very bad conditions - so don't blame them. If they don't sell or keep you on the phone until you hang up they are in serious trouble. When they call just say, 'I'm not ineterested and I'm going to hang up now and do so.
