About Summit Draughting & Design
Summit Draughting & Design is an established company situated in the Chapeltown area of Sheffield. We produce and submit drawings for house extensions for local authority planning and building regulations approval.
We serve all areas of Sheffield as well as Rotherham and Barnsley offering a design service tailored to suit your needs.
A free site survey will be carried out prior to drawings being prepared. These drawings are issued to the client for approval prior to them being submitted to the local authority. Summit Draughting & Design take care of all the paper work and act on your behalf as an agent dealing direct with the council.
All approval notices are issued to the client once received prior to work starting on site.
