I cannot stress enough how awful this company is!
ALPHA CAR RENTALS provide absolutely terrible
customer service. The staff were unbelievably rude.
Would NEVER recommend this company, ever!
I requested a satellite navigation system, and paid
extra for this. I only used Alpha Car Rentals because
they promised to provide this equipment. I phoned
twice before the car was delivered to confirm that a
satellite navigation system was definitely going to be
provided and was reassured by Alpha Car Rentals
staff that it was.
When the car arrived, I discovered that there was no
satellite navigation system and I had to wait 2 hours
for it to be delivered. Then, when I did eventually
receive the satellite navigation it was faulty and did
not work. I was told by one of the staff that if I
bought a electrical lead so that the satellite navigation
would work, the company would reimburse me the
cost of the lead!
They also delivered a automatic people carrier, when
I had asked for a manual hatch back.
In the end I had to get a taxi, which cost about £500.
Absolute disaster.
WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
