We source our finest quality beef and lamb locally from farms the likes of Little Kilchattan Windy hall scalpsie farm. With the very best Bute lamb coming from Ardmaleish farm and also scalpsie farm on the island.

Our speciality sausages, black puddings haggis and steak pies which they are very proud of indeed all made by hand on a daily basis using our own recipe.
