About Hardiesmill Beef Butchery

Hardiesmill Aberdeen Angus is a farm-to-fork business located in the Scottish Borders producing some of Scotland's finest Aberdeen Angus beef. All our beef is Scotch approved, pedigree Aberdeen Angus, slow-grown on grass and meticulously handled from conception through to butchery in order to achieve consistency in flavour, texture and longevity of taste. Under the care of our in-house master butcher, we seam cut to produce the largest range of steaks in Britain, as well as producing award winning products like wafer thin smoked beef carpaccio, a traditional pastrami & a most unusual sweet cured beef.

Our butchery is now open Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 4.30pm where you can purchase our beef products, pies, bridies or our smoked products. We will also open by appointment if required. Our products are also available on-line at www.hardiesmill.co.uk or at the following Farmers' Markets - Peebles, Kelso, Alnwick & Berwick.
