• This builder charges extortionate prices. Warning his contracts are poorly written and prevent him from being held responsible for the poor workmanship he allows to take place. Once he has your money he is no longer interested, his workmanship is substandard. Do not let him in your house for your own sake. Robert Ozols is an insult to the building industry. Ask other builders around the area and you will hear of his reputation as a poor substandard builder. DO NOT USE ROBERT OZOLS BUILDERS.
