Mayfield Farm Bakery was started by Nick Anderson who has been a baker for many years, he specialises in artisan organic breads, including speciality breads such as Greek Black Olive, Foccacia, and Cheddar Cheese and Norfolk onion wholemeal. In addition to Bloomers, Cobbs, Cottage loaves and plaits. Wholemeal, six seed, Spelt and Rye bread.

Nick bakes on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and you are most welcome to visit the bakery and see Nick at work baking your bread.
On Tuesday Nick teaches bread making, courses are available for children, adult beginners and advanced classes for chefs who want to add to their skills.
