Dr Middleton has been in practice for over 30 years and for the past 20 years has worked both privately and for the NHS.  Until a few years ago he was the only chiropractor in England who was qualified and allowed to treat patients in the NHS.  He is Manchester's most experienced chiropractor and has regularly travelled abroad to Europe, the Middle East and the US to advise &/or treat patients. He has been writing medico-legal reports for over 25 years and has been a medical expert for the Court.He is well know for his accurate diagnosis and expert treatment of many painful conditions - particularly low back pain; sciatica; groin pain; coccydynia; neck pain; torticollis; headaches; migraine; hip and knee pain; and sports injuries.He treats international sportsmen and women; premiership footballers; top class rugby players and athletes  but the majority of his patients are from the local communities - men, women and children of all ages from families in the North West of England.
