About Stratford Town Walk
Stratford Town Walk was set up in 2002 by a team of local professional guides and provides award winning daily Town Walks, evening Ghost Walks, Ghost Cruises and Shakespeare Cruises.
The TOWN WALK is available 365 days a year - even on Christmas Day! It is the ideal way to discover Stratford and all it has to offer. The walk passes the Shakespeare town houses, grammar school, Royal Shakespeare theatres, 15th century timber framed buildings and visits Holy Trinity Church where William Shakespeare is buried.
Hear about fires, flooding, plague, old fashioned sayings, medieval cures, Shakespeare, history and much more. It is entertaining and informative.
The walk starts by the Swan fountain on Waterside, opposite Sheep Street. No need to book, just turn up, whatever the weather! Duration 2hrs approx.
Mon-Wed at 11am
Thu-Fri at 2pm
Christmas Day at 10.30am.

The magical evening GHOST WALK is on Mon, Thu, Fri and Sat evenings at 7.30pm. Join The Man in Black, Vincent, Blake Barrington or Josiah Grubb for an evening of ghost stories with a little magic. The guides are entertainers or professional magicians. Duration 1 1/2hrs.

STRATFORD GHOST CRUISE. An evening cruise along the beautiful River Avon with ghostly stories and stories of the unexplained. The Man in Black, or Vincent - Equity members and professional magical entertainers will tell terrible tales of ghosts, witches, murder and misery and entertain with magic. The boat is covered, centrally heated, with mini bar to raise the spirits, and facilities. Boarding at 7pm, sailing at 7.30pm. Duration approximately 1 1/2 hrs.
